Due to the digital nature of LuminaryDMA’s products and services, purchases are non-refundable once completed.

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund must be approved by a staff member and receive final authorization from an administrator. Approval is not guaranteed.
